Shipping Policy

We ship to over 20,000 PIN codes across India and all international zip codes serviced by DHL / FedEx.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are subject to weight, volume and delivery location.

International Shipments: We are glad to cater to customers around the world! Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These
charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country; you can contact your local customs office for more specific information.

Order Processing and Shipping: Please note that processing time is subject to stock availability. Standard off the shelf products are ispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after Friday 6 PM IST will be processed on Monday. In case an order is out of stock, we
will contact you whether you would like to await for it to be restocked or would prefer a refund instead.

Please note that shipping timelines arecontingent on the individual carriers' schedules. Standard shipping times for metro cities are 2-3 days.

Customised products take 3-8 business days to process and are subject to design approvals by customers.

If there are any shipping or processing delays, we will notify you via email / whatsapp.

Change in Shipping details: Contact number shared for delivery should be a valid 10 digit mobile number of the customer / point of contact. In case the phone number is not contactable or is a wrong number, delivery failure will not be our responsibility.

Returns: We do everything in our power to ensure complete customer satisfaction in every aspect of our business .If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the product you receive, you can contact us within 3 days for a return code with which you can return your unopened merchandise. Please make a video while opening the packaging as proof in case you wish to claim for any return/replacement.

Tracking: You will receive updates of your package with tracking details on your email and by text message.

  • Due to market conditions, prices are subject to change.
  • For all domestic orders, GST shall be applicable. You will receive a GST invoice once you place an order on your email ID.  In case you need an additional soft copy, email us.
